Help Kids Experience Grace
Are you passionate about helping children follow Jesus and supporting families in their faith journey? Grace Church is seeking a part-time Elementary Coordinator to help lead and grow our thriving Grace Kids ministry.
Position Summary
The Elementary Coordinator partners with the Kids & Family Pastor to create engaging, safe, and welcoming environments for elementary-aged children. This role helps recruit and support volunteers, coordinate weekly programming, and ensure every child experiences the love and grace of Jesus.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate Sunday morning elementary environments
Support and encourage volunteer teams
Assist with events, VBS, and family ministry programs
Help create a fun, safe, and discipleship-focused experience for kids
Build relationships with children, families, and volunteers
What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lead and encourage volunteers

Hours: Part-Time (15 hours/week)
