If the registration for your gender is full you can sign up as a substitute player. If the team is short players for a weekend they will contact you to fill the necessary spots. If there are enough substitutes to make a second team, you will be contacted with more details.

Come and move your body while worshipping our God! All fitness levels welcome. Expect to have fun!
You will need class waivers completed to participate in classes. Email me if you haven’t filled them out yet. Worshipmovementllc@gmail.com
You will want weights/resistance bands. A water bottle, small towel and a yoga mat.
Suggested donation of $5 per class. I take Venmo under worshipmovementllc or Apple Pay.
