Our team prepares for and hosts our baptism experience. They keep track of our supplies and serve once a month.

Our team brews and serves coffee, donuts and snacks for our Sunday guests. This team serves on a rotation basis and is trained.

Our team intentionally seeks out and connects with new guests. They work hand in hand with our Hosts to ensure our guests are welcomed an informed of what Grace is about

Our team will be assisting in decorating for church-wide seasonal events. This team will be contacted when needed.

Our team serves at church-wide events by doing set up, serving meals/snack, and hosting. This is seasonal and you will be contacted when the event is coming up

Our team welcomes every guest as they come to worship with us. They are positioned at the front doors, within the commons area, and by our family entrances.

Our team serves as the first impression for those coming to Grace Fellowship by welcoming people on and off the property and by providing a safe and efficient parking experience.

Our team of security professionals serves by providing basic safety in the event of an accident or emergency.

Our team will be assisting in building, construction, setting up, designing, and executing projects for church-wide events. This team will be contacted when projects come up.

Our team invests in the lives of children through worship, biblical teaching, videos, small groups, and games.

Early Childhood (Infants – 5 years): Small Group Leader, Small Group Assistant

Elementary (K – 3rd grade): Small Group Leader, Small Group Assistant

Elementary (4th-5th grade): Small Group Leader, Small Group Assistant

Kids Guest Services: Greeter - (greet families as they walk into kids and show them around while leading them to the Kids Welcome Desk), Check-In (Help new and current family's check-In their kids for service)

Behind the Scene: Curriculum/Craft Prep, Classroom Organization/Prep, Admin, Event Planning

4th & 5th Grade Groups - Sunday Nights (Once a month): Small Group Leader, Small Group Assistant

Our team volunteers with 6th-12th grade students. We are transforming tomorrow by making grace filled leaders today. We need strong committed leaders to help lead these students. A minimum attendance expectation is being there 6 out of 8 Sundays. Leaders will also join students on retreats and missions trips throughout the year.

Leadership Application, Interview w/ Pastor Jordan, and background check required.

Wednesday Night: Must be Sunday Morning Leader to be eligible (optional but encouraged!): Small Group Leader, Small Group Support

Our worship team creates thoughtful environments and leads our congregation in creative expressions of faith and worship. We use music and aesthetics (lights, sound, set design) to create a welcoming and accessible atmosphere for guests while at the same time leading our community toward deep connection with God.

Band/Vocalists: All instruments are welcome (Though our typical band consist of drums, guitar, bass and piano/keys), Vocalists of all styles are welcome!

Camera Team: Camera Operators, Video Switcher/Producer

Lights Team: Lights Operator

Audio Team: Audio Assistant, Online Streaming

Set Design: Set Construction

Our team assists people to their seats, facilitates the giving time, and helps maintain a distraction-free service environment inside the worship center.

Our team is on-call during a service to assist with I.T. issues as they arise.

Our team works on a variety of special building projects as needed throughout the year, some examples include painting, light construction, yard work.

Our team is involved in hospital visits, prayer, and providing someone to listen. We also lead support groups in areas of divorce and grief care.

Grace Care Team: Our team provides one to one Christian care to people in our congregation and community who are experiencing difficulties in their lives.

Hospital Visitation Team: Our team visits people in the hospital to provide prayer, encouragement, support, and hope.

Prayer Team: Our team provides prayer for congregational requests, services, teams and ministries at Grace Fellowship.

Our team helps with connecting with the congregation of Grace.

Card Team: Our team reaches out to Grace family through postcards and cards. We send them out for a variety of reasons such as birthdays, get well, praying for you, etc. All supplies are provided, including postage. This work is done remotely.

Call Team: Our team reaches out to Grace family through phone calls to check in, pray with, and give information. This team will be helping our guests who prefer this form of communication.

Input Team: Our team will be assisting our admin team as they input data and keep track of information, we get from Grace families. This includes connect cards, baptism details, serving interests, membership, etc.

Our teams are looking for individuals who are interested in leadership opportunities within the adult groups.

Grace Recovery Team: Our team is a faith-based, solution-focused 12-step group. We provide support and care to those dealing with addictions of all kinds through a weekly Tuesday meeting and support groups.

Adult Small Group Facilitator: Our team of facilitators are the personal connection between group members and Grace Fellowship. The facilitator role includes discipling and shepherding through Care, Prayer and Guiding.

Our team works with helping people experience Grace through the growthTRACK classes.

Facilitator: Our team facilitates the growth track session (on-line & in-person)

Hosts: Our team serves as the hosts of growthTRACK, greeting guests, distributing materials, assisting with room set-up, and assistance to those discovering their next steps at Grace Fellowship.

Admin: Our team enters data into our computer system after each growthTRACK session.

Our team adopts people-groups and seeks to form a partnership with a Kingdom purpose. We form a ministry partnership with the church and community to help make and grow followers of Jesus through holistic gospel initiatives.

Our team serves in our communities around Grace.

2.4 Team: Our team provides breakfast to the homeless in downtown Minneapolis, 365 days a year.

Simpson Housing Team: Our team regularly provides and serves meals to the residents of Simpson Housing’s overnight housing mission.

Our team loves on our community through experiences.

Outreach Events: Our team facilitates serving opportunities through projects and events like Love Our City events, and other experiences.
