COMMUNION SUNDAY
Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice for us so that we could be in right relationship with God. Communion is a time to collectively reflect and say thank you. We use crackers and grape juice to symbolize Jesus' body and blood that were broken and shed for us.
If you are joining us in-person, be sure to take the elements of juice and cracker before you enter the Worship Center. We have gluten-free crackers available.
If you are joining us online, we encourage you to plan ahead and prepare your own elements before you turn on the service.

MOVE UP SUNDAY
Today our students in grades K - 12th grade will move up to the next class! For those younger, they will move up on their birthday. Students going into 6th grade will start the morning in Grace Kids and Pastor Jenn will pray over them, give them a gift, and walk them to the YTH room. Students going into 9th grade will now start attending the 10:30 service.

This fall, Pastor Joe will take us through a series on the popular TV show called The Chosen. This show is about the life of Jesus through the eyes of His disciples and it's life changing. To find the episodes, google 'The Chosen', it's available for free streaming.
By joining a small group during The Chosen series, you will find like-minded people to pull apart deeper meaning from the show and the Sunday messages. Small groups lead to deeper community and prayer support though life! Express you interest to the leadership team in the commons on Sunday or by signing up online.

Baptism is an act of obedience to publicly proclaim that you follow Jesus. You can let us know ahead of time that you are ready or decide during the service.

We love this time of year! It's a time to reconnect, get involved and get back into the swing of things. Come for church as we kick off new series for all ages - stay for the fun! Join us for the After Party for a time of fun, food, and fellowship! We are bringing back the corn roaster! Our Dry Bones BBQ Team will be serving burgers and we'll have tons of fun activities for everyone!
The main service will start a series on THE CHOSEN Season 3 to get a closer look at Jesus' time on earth through the perspective of His disciples. This is a great time to join a group!
Grace YTH is starting a series titled, RESILIENT: why following Jesus helps you thrive. Grades 6-12 meet only at 10:30 AM today and we celebrate kick off with COLOR WARS!
Grace Kids is starting a series titled, THE ULTIMATE MASTER BUILDER: God can build something awesome in and through us. And kids will go home with a LEGO goodie bag!

YOUTH NEWS
FALL SERIES - Pastor TJ will take us through a series called RESILIENT: Why following Jesus helps you thrive. Starting Sept 17, we will look at 7 characteristics of a committed Christian. Middle School meets at 9 AM and High School meets at 10:30 AM. Door 6 is our main entrance.
MOVE UP SUNDAY: Pastor Jenn will walk the new 6th graders to the YTH room to join Middle School on Sunday August 27. The new 9th graders will start meeting at the 10:30 service that day.
FIRE NIGHT - Sun, Aug 27 from 6-8 PM. A night for students who are hungry for more of God. We want to see Him move in our lives and others. Join us for prayer and worship around the fire.
1ST WEDNESDAY - Will be back on September 6 from 6:30-8 PM! 1st Wednesday is our event once a month where the 6th-12th graders get together to hang and have fun!
COLOR WARS - Our annual Fall Kick Off event is happening on Sunday, Sept 10! Big - Big - Fun! Just 1 service for kick off for grades 6-12 at 10:30 AM*... and then outside for COLOR WARS! This is the perfect day to bring all your friends!
Wear WHITE clothes to show off all the color and bring a towel to sit on for the car ride home. It's okay to enjoy the After Party outside while you're covered in powder!
*For the rest of the year, Middle School meets at 9 AM & High School meets at 10:30 AM.
SMALL GROUPS - Sign up to be in a small group this school year! Groups meet on Wednesdays starting on Sept 13. Middle School meets at Grace from 6:30-8 PM and High School meets in homes near Grace from 6:45 - 8:15 PM. Discover community, prayer, & fun in small groups!
KIDS NEWS
SEPT SERIES - This series is all about LEGOs and how there is an ULTIMATE master builder. We can build all kids of awesome things with LEGO bricks. If we are willing, God will build something awesome in and through us. Grace Kids is for 0-5th Grade and meets on Sundays at both 9 & 10:30 AM.

4th & 5th GRADE SMALL GROUPS - Sun, Sept 3 from 6-7:30 PM. You are going to have a blast at small groups. We play crazy games, worship with our awesome Youth helpers, and grow our friendships as we grow in Jesus!
AWANA - AWANA is our Wed night program for students who are 3 years old to 5th grade. Your kids will learn about Jesus and about the Bible as they memorize verses and have small group time. Learn more and sign up to volunteer this school year!
